Hi, my name is Bob MacDougall and I am a decendent of Scottish gaels who settled on Cape Breton island in the late 1700,s.Cape Breton is a hot bed of gaelic culture including music, dance, gaelic language and story telling which has survived intact because of the relative isolation and mountainous terrain of the island. An aspect of gaelic culture not so well known is the second sight of gaels on Cape Breton or in the gaelic world in general and I would like to start a forum on this topic if anyone is interested.I have the second sight as well as my mother and father and I have known many Cape Bretoners with the ability as well.I believe this is far more prevelent then most people believe and this would be a great forum to let it all out.Later I will post some stories from Cape Breton along with some of my own personal experiences. Bob MacDougall.
