Dating back to the 14th century, the Cardinals Hat is thought to e Worcesters oldest public house. It is also said to be haunted. ‘At the Cardinal’s Hat in Worcester, the ghost of a young girl in a flowing white night dress is reputed to drift along a landing.’ [Gary Bills-Geddes, Malvern Gazette, 27 October 2017]
