Priory House, Droitwich
Prory House is a timber framed building found on Friar Street. It is said to date from the mid 17th century, though the solar wing is thought to be older. According to Gary Bills-Geddes in a Malvern Gazette article dated 27 October 2017, ‘Priory House office in Droitwich is said to be haunted by the ghost of Captain Sir Richard Carbury, who was stabbed to death by his fiancée Lucretia in the 17th century.’
Strange experiences reported concerning the building are said to include taps turning themselves on and the figure of a woman being seen.
