Last September, (2013), I was driving out of Taunton on the A38.  I am American, and had never been there before.  The road went between two cemeteries, or sections of a cemetery.  A tall, blonde girl was sitting on a low stone wall.  She was wearing dark blue, an old-fashioned look.  I did not have time to get much detail, though it was a weekday, but she did not seem to have any books or other items for class.  It just seemed odd that she was there.  I looked back, and she was gone.  There was not enough time for anyone to have stopped a vehicle for her to get into.   I went a little further, and saw a street sign for Gipsy Lane, so as to have a way to look up the area on G**gle.  (Not sure about naming the map site.)  There is a school nearby, but their uniforms are different.  I would be interested to know if anybody knows about this.  Thank you.
