The WestGate, Bath
The following paragraph from the pubs in Bath website refers to it being haunted. ‘Situated in the bustling centre not 100 metres from the famous baths, the WestGate is a lively meeting place with a twist on the traditional pub. We are a chilled sanctuary during the day in which to unwind and a buzzing destination at night for drinks with friends or better still, a luscious evening with the partner of your choice (sshh …. we know nothing)! The Westgate pub itself has a long recorded history dating back to 1611, where it was one of the original coaching inns in Bath Spa. Although many changes have obviously taken place, the charm (and the ghost) remains, making it a firm favourite with both locals and visitors to the town. We hope to see you soon.’
