Re: The Woolpack Inn, Chilham
Several years ago my wife and I stayed at the Woolpack and on arrival my wife was suffering from a heavy bout of migraine. She decided to lie on the bed to recover, a process which normally takes several hours. I went for a walk in the neighbourhood and on returning a halrf hour later she was completely recovered. She had not seen anyone, ghostly or not, but had noted a strong smell of the old-fashioned eau de cologne in the room. I smelled nothing but maybe the Grey Lady had helped out.
